TREES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE GROWN IN ANY MEMBER'S PLOT

This is clear in the Rules and Regulations. This means ANY tree, including dwarf or so-called miniature trees, as they mysteriously, become full grown ones. This comes as a surprise to the gardener! This holds true for any member who took over a plot where a tree was already growing. The Phase Reps have been asked to cite those gardeners who do not comply.

TREE PRUNING

Do not prune any trees in the OVF garden. Violation of this rule may result in your termination from the garden. Large trees are pruned by hired professionals and all fruit trees are pruned by the OVF pruning crew. if you are feeling the urge to cut a tree, check with Independent Project Monitor, Marc Spigelman, or Orchard Supervisor, Joan Silver, who heads the orchard crew.
