OVF 2026 Election Information

It’s time for our annual OVF elections for Board & Phase Rep positions.  

The 2026 Election Slate and Candidate Statements are available here. 

 

Ways to Vote:

• Online: Sunday, March 29th through Friday, April 10 midnight:
  • Log in to your OVF member account and click on the green "VOTE ONLINE" button

• E-Mail : Sunday, March 29th through Friday, April 10 midnight:
  • Send an email to the OVF Election Coordinator at elections@oceanviewfarms.net 

• In Person  :  At the General Meeting - Saturday, April 11, 2026,  1pm
  • Vote at the meeting via paper ballot

Membership Renewal Info For 2026

Happy New Year!

It's that time of year when membership renewal notices are sent out!

Did you get your renewal notice?  If you have an e-mail address on file, you should have received an e-mail notification from "OVF Renewals " with your renewal status and membership dues for 2026.   If you did not receive an e-mail in your inbox,  you may want to check if it landed in your spam or junk e-mail folder.  

Members can also view and pay their 2026 fees by using OVF's Online Bill Pay  .   Payments can be made online using a credit card or by sending a check via US Mail..

2026 fees are:

• $100/plot
• $20 for associates (one per member)

Please be advised of the following deadlines for membership dues:

• FEBRUARY 25, 2026  to postmark, if you plan to send a check payment by US mail.

If sending by US mail, please write your plot # on your check and mail payment to:
