Join Orchard Supervisor Gale Jones and
OVF member Nina Rumely
for a FREE, hands-on workshop!
Learn the basics of pruning stone fruit and citrus trees found at OVF.
While the focus of this workshop will be on trees found in our Community Orchard, some Independent Project trees may also be pruned.
Bring your hand pruners and loppers for a sharpening demonstration. (Gloves and eye-protection highly recommended!)
Independent Project owners caring for a tree are highly encouraged to attend one of the sessions.
OVF gardeners completing this workshop will be able to earn community hours helping maintain our OVF trees.
Both classes are open to the public.
